Lead Times, Terms and Conditions
What to expect from artwork approval through to delivery and after-sales support.
Lead Times.
The standard production time for each order is between 5 and 7 working days from the approval of artwork and receipt of a 50% deposit payment, unless you have a 30-day account with us. In cases where our production department is less busy, your order may be completed in fewer than 5 working days; however, it is advisable to plan for a lead time of 5 to 7 working days. Additionally, please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery.
Rush Orders.
Orders that need to be completed in less than 5 working days will be classified as rush orders. A rush order surcharge will apply, ranging from 10% to 20%, based on the size of the order and the required completion date. If a rush order requires courier service, an extra cost for overnight delivery will also be incurred. The quote for overnight courier service will be provided prior to the start of the order.
Order Commencement.
No order will begin until final artwork proof sheets have been approved and a 60% deposit payment has been received.
Hardware Warranties.
Our gazebo hardware comes with substantial warranties: 15 years for our Classic and Deluxe steel hardware and 25 years for our Deluxe Pro Aluminium series. It is important to note that these warranties do not cover wind damage if the gazebos are not properly secured with ground pegs and tie-down ropes. The warranties cover all sliding mechanisms, connectors, switches, and center pole springs.
In the event of damage to your gazebo frame due to wind or other circumstances, we offer spare parts for every frame component. These parts are reasonably priced and can be sent to you for easy DIY repairs. Our other display hardware has warranties ranging from 3 to 5 years, and spare parts for these items are also available.
