Artwork Requirements & Templates

End Users Artwork Creation Costs and Procedures.

Our in-house design team are prepared to provide you with impressive design proofs at competitive rates. Please be aware that we will not initiate any design work until the Artwork Creation Fee specified in your formal quote is paid, or a 60% deposit of the total quote is received. This policy applies to logo redrawing as well.

Logos and Artwork [NB].

PDF / Vector Logo: You must email your logo to us in Vector PDF format. This is essential. We cannot accept JPEG or any other format. To determine if your logo is in vector format, zoom in closely; if it remains sharp without pixelation or distortion, it is a Vector PDF. If it pixelates or appears unclear, we cannot use it.

AI and ChatGPT created artwork: We do not accept artwork generated by AI or ChatGPT as it does not meet the pure Vector PDF requirement.

Logo Redraw: If you do not have a high-resolution Vector PDF logo, we will provide a quote for a redraw, where we can digitally recreate your logo from scratch in full Vector PDF format. Our rate is R495 excluding VAT per hour for this service, and a formal quote outlining the required hours will be emailed to you before we commence the redraw process.

Design Costs / Artwork Creation: Our in-house artwork creation fees are affordable, ranging from R395 excluding VAT to R695 excluding VAT, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials provided to us initially. Once we send you design proofs via email, you are entitled to three free revisions. Additional changes will incur a fee of R225 excluding VAT per change.

  • AI Generated Artwork

Standard Artwork Set Up Fee

A Standard once off Artwork Set Up Fee of R195 ex vat is charged on all print ready artwork received. Artwork received for multiple products will be charged a once off fee of R245 ex vat. Digital proof sheets will be emailed to you before printing. We allow THREE free changes, after which each change is billed at R225 ex vat per change.
