Everything you need to know about ordering, artwork, lead times, warranties and delivery.

How long does production take?
The standard production time for each order is between 5 and 7 working days from the approval of artwork and receipt of a 50% deposit payment. In cases where our production department is less busy, your order may be completed in fewer than 5 working days. Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Orders that need to be completed in less than 5 working days will be classified as rush orders. A rush order surcharge will apply, ranging from 10% to 20%, based on the size of the order and the required completion date. If a rush order requires courier service, an extra cost for overnight delivery will also be incurred.

What deposit is required to start an order?
No order will begin until final artwork proof sheets have been approved and a 60% deposit payment has been received.

What warranty do your gazebos come with?
Our gazebo hardware comes with substantial warranties: 15 years for our Classic and Deluxe steel hardware and 25 years for our Deluxe Pro Aluminium series. The warranties cover all sliding mechanisms, connectors, switches, and center pole springs. Wind damage is not covered if the gazebos are not properly secured with ground pegs and tie-down ropes.

Do you sell spare parts and offer repairs?
Yes. In the event of damage to your gazebo frame, we offer spare parts for every frame component – reasonably priced and can be sent to you for easy DIY repairs. Our other display hardware has warranties ranging from 3 to 5 years and spare parts are available. Our Midrand and George branches also provide expert repair services for gazebo frames and related hardware.

What artwork format do you need?
You must email your logo to us in Vector PDF format. To check if your logo is vector, zoom in closely; if it remains sharp without pixelation, it is a Vector PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG, TIFF or JPEG (minimum 300 DPI). We do not accept AI / ChatGPT generated artwork, PowerPoint, WhatsApp images or low-res screenshots.

Can you design artwork for me?
Yes. Our in-house artwork creation fees range from R395 ex VAT to R695 ex VAT, depending on complexity. Once we send you design proofs via email, you are entitled to three free revisions. Additional changes are R225 ex VAT per change. Logo redraws are R495 ex VAT per hour.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We provide nationwide delivery for all orders through MDS Couriers at competitive rates. You also have the option to collect your order or arrange for collection at one of our Midrand or George branches.

Where are your branches located?
We have two branches: our Midrand Depot at 33 Acacia Rd, Blue Hills, Midrand, 1685 (Gauteng), and our George Showroom at 4th Street Mall, Corner 4th Street and Akasia Street, George, 6529 (Western Cape). Both branches offer expert spares and repair services for gazebo frames.

We offer five distinct gazebo frame types and more than 40 branded products in total – catering for schools and churches in search of durable gazebos, small to medium-sized businesses looking for brand recognition, and national companies implementing brand rollouts.
