Gazebo Combo Deals Explained: When Bundles Beat À La Carte

Our Combo Deals & Specials page lists eight branded gazebo kits – four Classic, four Deluxe – each bundling a gazebo with flags, a tablecloth, and (on bigger kits) directors chairs. Customers sometimes ask “is the combo actually cheaper than ordering the items separately?”. Short answer: yes, by 10-20% on bigger kits. Long answer: it depends which kit and which items you actually need.

How the combo math works

A combo bundle saves you money two ways:

1. Volume discount – the more line items in one order, the lower our per-unit production cost. We pass a chunk of that saving back.
2. Single artwork prep – your logo gets prepped once across multiple items instead of charged per item.

The bigger the kit (more items), the bigger the saving against the à la carte price.

Classic Combo Deals (4 kits)

The Classic combos start with our Classic Premium Steel 2m x 2m or 3m x 3m gazebo and add flags, tablecloth and (from Deal 2 onwards) chairs.

Classic Combo Deal 1 – R4 895 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Premium Steel 2m x 2m branded gazebo
• 2m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 2
• Medium 2.4m x 1.4m branded tablecloth

Best for: small single-operator activations, market stalls, school fundraisers.

Classic Combo Deal 2 – R5 595 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Premium Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 2m Sharkfin single-sided branded flags x 2
• Medium 2.4m x 1.4m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: weekend pop-up shops, two-person activations.

Classic Combo Deal 3 – R9 495 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Premium Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 3m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 2
• Pop-up A-Frames 1.5m x 800mm double-sided x 2
• Stretch fitted 3m x 2m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: weekend markets, demo days with directional A-frame signage.

Classic Combo Deal 4 – R12 195 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Premium Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 3m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 4
• Pop-up A-Frames 1.5m x 800mm double-sided x 4
• Stretch fitted 3m x 2m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: high-traffic activations where you want a flag fence around the perimeter.

Deluxe Combo Deals (4 kits)

The Deluxe combos upgrade the gazebo to our Deluxe Pro Series heavy duty aluminium 3m x 3m – lighter, rust-proof, 25-year hardware warranty.

Deluxe Combo Deal 1 – R7 395 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe Pro Series Aluminium 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 2m Sharkfin single-sided branded flags x 2
• Medium 2.4m x 1.4m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: regular travelling activations where you want the aluminium frame for weight and longevity.

Deluxe Combo Deal 2 – R11 395 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe Pro Series Aluminium 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 3m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 2
• Pop-up A-Frames 1.5m x 800mm double-sided x 2
• Stretch fitted 3m x 2m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: premium weekend activations with directional signage.

Deluxe Combo Deal 3 – R14 195 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe Pro Series Aluminium 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 3m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 4
• Pop-up A-Frames 1.5m x 800mm double-sided x 4
• Stretch fitted 3m x 2m branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: high-frequency activation programmes – weekly use, multiple venues.

Deluxe Combo Deal 4 – R15 995 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe Pro Series Aluminium 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• Branded 4.5m gazebo back wall
• 3m Feather single-sided branded flags x 4
• Branded directors chairs x 4

Best for: premium corporate activations needing a photo backdrop and high-visibility flag fence.

Optional upgrades

Every combo can be upgraded at order time. Common ones:

• Double-sided flags – Add R595 ex vat (2m flags) or R795 ex vat (3m flags x 2) or R1 595 ex vat (4 x 3m double-sided)
• Deluxe folding trestle table 1.8m x 760mm – Add R895 ex vat

Worth it if your event programme runs long enough to justify the upgrade.

When NOT to buy a combo

A combo is not the right choice if:

• You only need the gazebo and nothing else – buy the gazebo straight from the Branded Gazebos page
• You already own flags/tablecloths/chairs in your brand – just buy the missing piece
• You want a non-standard size mix (e.g. 2m gazebo with 4 chairs) – customs are fine but the combo is locked
