Gazebo Mega Deals Explained: When Bundles Beat À La Carte

Our Mega Deals page lists seven branded gazebo kits – from a compact 2m x 2m Mega Mini through to a 3m x 6m Deluxe Pro flagship – each bundling a gazebo with flags, a tablecloth and (on bigger kits) directors chairs and a back wall. Customers sometimes ask “is the combo actually cheaper than ordering the items separately?”. Short answer: yes, by roughly 10-20% on bigger kits. Long answer: it depends which kit and which items you actually need.

How the combo math works

A bundle saves you money two ways:

1. Volume discount – the more line items in one order, the lower our per-unit production cost. We pass a chunk of that saving back.
2. Single artwork prep – your logo gets prepped once across multiple items instead of charged per item.

The bigger the kit (more items), the bigger the saving against the à la carte price.

The seven Mega Deals

The Mega Deals start with the Classic Steel New Gen 2m x 2m gazebo at the entry level and step up to our top-of-range Deluxe Pro heavy duty aluminium frames on the biggest kits.

Mega Mini Deal – R5 195 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Steel New Gen 2m x 2m branded gazebo
• 2m flags (telescopic, sharkfin or feather) x 2
• Medium 2.4m x 1.4m branded tablecloth

Best for: small single-operator activations, market stalls, school fundraisers.

Mega Deal 1 – R5 895 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 2m Telescopic single-sided branded flags x 2
• Branded tablecloth 2400mm x 1400mm

Best for: entry-level 3m x 3m activations where you need the extra footprint but nothing bigger.

Mega Deal 2 – R7 495 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• 2m Sharkfin single-sided branded flags x 2
• Branded directors chairs x 2
• Branded tablecloth 2400mm x 1400mm

Best for: weekend pop-up shops and two-person activations that need seating.

Mega Deal 3 – R9 895 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• Branded gazebo back wall
• 2m Sharkfin double-sided branded flags x 2
• Stretch fitted branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: activations that need a photo backdrop and premium double-sided flags visible from both directions.

Mega Deal 4 – R11 995 ex vat

Includes:

• Classic Steel 3m x 3m branded gazebo
• Branded gazebo back wall
• 3m Feather double-sided branded flags x 2
• Stretch fitted branded tablecloth
• Pop-up A-Frame banners 1.5m x 800mm x 2
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: weekend markets and demo days that want directional A-frame signage plus a backdrop.

Mega Deal 5 – R14 995 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe heavy duty aluminium 4.5m x 3m branded gazebo
• Branded gazebo back walls x 2
• 3m Feather double-sided branded flags x 2
• Stretch fitted branded tablecloth
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: premium corporate activations that want a wide-format branded stand with the lighter, rust-proof aluminium frame.

Mega Deal 6 – R19 995 ex vat

Includes:

• Deluxe Pro heavy duty aluminium 3m x 6m branded gazebo
• 6m full back wall
• Half side walls x 2
• 3m Feather double-sided branded flags x 2
• Stretch fitted branded tablecloth
• Pop-up A-Frame banners 1.5m x 800mm x 2
• Branded directors chairs x 2

Best for: flagship activation kits – biggest footprint, most branded surface area, three-sided enclosure for hospitality or product launches.

Optional upgrades

Most deals can be upgraded at order time. The most common:

• Deluxe Pro heavy duty aluminium frame (Mega Deal 1 through 4) – Add R1 795 ex vat. Swaps the Classic Steel frame for our top-of-range aluminium – lighter, rust-proof, 25-year hardware warranty.
• Double-sided 2m flags (Mega Mini) – Add R595 ex vat. Most competitors only supply single-sided, so this is a real point of difference.
• Classic ultra lightweight aluminium frame (Mega Mini) – Add R495 ex vat.
• Branded gazebo full back wall (Mega Mini) – Add R895 ex vat.

Worth it if your event programme runs long enough to justify the upgrade, or if the activation needs premium double-sided visibility.

Why “double sided” matters

Most competitors’ combo deals bundle single-sided flags to hit a lower headline price. A single-sided flag reads correctly on one face and mirrored on the other, which halves your visibility at any event where people approach from both directions. Every Mega Deal from Deal 3 upwards ships with double-sided flags as standard – that is a genuine selling point, not a spec detail.

When NOT to buy a bundle

A Mega Deal is not the right choice if:

• You only need the gazebo and nothing else – buy the gazebo straight from the Branded Gazebos page.
• You already own flags/tablecloths/chairs in your brand – just buy the missing piece.
• You want a non-standard size mix (for example a 2m gazebo with four chairs) – customs are fine but the bundle price is locked to the listed items.

The quick take

If you are kitting out an activation from scratch, a Mega Deal will almost always be cheaper than ordering the same items à la carte, because you pay one setup fee for artwork prep and get the volume discount on production. Pick the smallest kit that covers what you actually need – there is no benefit to buying a bigger bundle than the event requires.
